Mamatoga is reporting that Healthy Living Market and Cafe will open a second location in the former JC Penney space at the Wilton Mall. I've been to the So. Burlington VT location so I can assure you that this is wonderful news! It won't be opening until winter of 2013 but it will be worth the wait. more
